The Christmas & New Years Holidays will not affect the garbage collection schedule.

The City of Madison offices are closed December 24th, 25th and January 1st. Trash service (yard debris and large items) for City residents normally provided on Thursdays will resume Thursday, December 31st, 2009
01/01/10 recycling pickups will be made on Saturday, 01/02/10.
As with previous years Christmas Day and New Years Day fall on the same day of the week. Friday’s regular scheduled service will be provided Monday, December 28th, and resume back to Friday on January 8th, 2010.
