If you will be unable to vote on October 4th, you may submit an Absentee Ballot Application no later than September 29 by 5:00 PM with the City Clerk-Treasurer. Applications may be delivered in person by the applicant (you will be asked to show identification) or mailed to the City Clerk-Treasurer, 100 Hughes Road, Madison, Al, 35758 (per Alabama State Law, one application per envelope).
