Madison area for next Tuesday afternoon, October 20th from 1 - 4 pm at Madison City Hall. The clininc will be conducted in the City Council Chambers.

Regular influenza vaccine will be given free of charge to any citizen 6 months of age and older.

These flu shots are offered to all citizens on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please bring your Medicare Part B card to assist state officials in obtaining reimbursement of vaccine cost.
