[ARCHIVED] Madison 5K & 10K RACE REGISTRATION & ROAD CLOSURES INFO

A run for the roses by any other name would be the Madison Summer Skedaddle 5K & 10K. Runners from all over can join us on June 13 to help unleash the Eastview Beast in the 5K, 10K or both, if you dare.

The race routes are USATF certified. All runners receive a t-shirt with registration. Awards given in many categories. The 10K race will begin at 7am and end at 9am. The 5K race will begin at 9am and end at 10am.

UPDATE: Registration will be open through Thursday, June 11th at 9:00 PM at Active.com or download a registration form and hand deliver to the City Clerk Department by close of business (5:00 PM) Thursday. Registration Forms may be picked up at the City Clerk Department window at Madison City Hall, 100 Hughes Road. Packet pick up will be Friday, June 12 from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM at Bob Jones High School cafeteria. There will be no race day registration and packets will not be mailed.

ROAD CLOSURES INFO: All roads along the race route will close at 6:40 AM. As the 5K race progresses through the City, Madison Police will open traffic routes following our last runner, the race vehicle and HEMSI.
