Dear Parents,
We will delay the opening of school tomorrow, January 28, by two hours. The wind chill is forecasted to be below zero.
This extra time will allow us to inspect our operating systems and busses. Hopefully the two hour delay will also allow some radiant heating.
The forecast has us under a wind chill advisory through Wednesday morning. We will re-evaluate the situation tomorrow before making any decisions about any Wednesday delays.
Even with a delay, temperatures will still be very cold. Please make sure your child dresses appropriately.
Respectfully,
DF
Dr. Dee O. Fowler
