Free Zumba Gold Class, Tuesday, January 29, 2013 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm at the Madison Senior Center located at 1282 Hughes Road. ZUMBA GOLD is a low impact Latin/internationally inspired dance fitness program. The class is great for beginners and active older adults. All ages are welcome.
