What is Community Risk Reduction?
Community Risk Reduction(CRR) is your fire department looking at the risks facing its community, and developing a plan to fix it. We take a deep dive into the data of our city to identify those at the greatest risk. CRR’s goal is to strategically reduce risks for those at greatest risk while increasing the quality of life for EVERYONE.
Who’s who in CRR?
Everyone has a role in CRR! First responders, residents, business owners, visitors, students – everyone has a role in driving a community culture of safety and prevention. The goal is whole community, integrated risk management, where everyone takes responsibility for their piece to keep the community safe.
