You may settle any of the following traffic offenses without
making a court appearance, provided:
1. You wish to plead guilty to the charge.
2. You pay the ticket in full prior to your court date.
3. CLICK below for a list of offenses that qualify for a guilty plea and payment without making a court appearance.
To pay the ticket by mail:
Send a money order for the exact amount (NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED) along with your copy of the ticket to:

TO PAY A TICKET AT THE COURT OFFICE
The person who received the ticket must appear in person to enter a guilty plea. No one else can enter this plea for you. Payments may be made at the above address between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Payment methods include cash, money order or credit/debit cards. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.

If you receive a ticket for any offense other than those listed, you must appear in court on the date and time shown on the ticket. Failure to appear as required will result in a license suspension and warrant of arrest.
NOT GUILTY PLEAS
if you wish to contest the ticket, you must appear in court on your scheduled court date and enter the not guilty plea. The case will be set for trial later on the same day or may be continued to a future court date.
