Halloween in Madison
Come join us for the 3rd Annual "Halloween on Main" in beautiful downtown Madison or at the 1st Annual Halloween at the Village Shoppes of Madison (Publix Shopping Center) on County Line Road.

  • Games and Activities - 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Costume Parade -  Main Street Location - 6:30 pm (registration 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm) Register at the Madison Chamber Table - Corner of Wise and Main
  • Costume Parade - The village Shoppes of Madison - 6:30 pm (registration 5:00 pm - 6:15) Register at The Grounded Coffee's table 
  • Both events are sponsored by the City of Madison, the Chamber of Commerce and Local Businesses in Madison

    Madison Christmas Parade
    The Annual Madison Christmas Parade will be Saturday, December 13, 2014 starting at 5:30 pm.  The Parade route will begin at Hughes Road and Plaza Drive and will continue to downtown Madison.  There will be an Awards Ceremony following the parade at the Roundhouse at Village Green.   The Madison Rotary Club will at the Roundhouse serving Hot Chocolate and Cookies.  Don't forget your camera....Santa and Mrs. Claus will be at Village Green following the parade!!

This is a wonderful opportunity to help create a beautiful and festive environment in beautiful downtown Madison.  Whether using the tree to express your own creativity or to promote a business, it is a wonderful way to add charm to the holiday.

Stars and Stripes Forever
July 4th Celebration & Fireworks Display

Dublin Park is the place to be on July 4th.  The Celebration will begin with inflatable activities lined up all around Soccer Field #1.  Children and Adults of all ages can enjoy sliding down the Giant Fire Engine Slide, or try to find their way through the 70 ft Obstacle Course.  When you get too hot....take a splash down the 62 ft Water Slide or sit underneath the giant Tent in the shade and listen to top hits provided by 104.3 WZYP .  At 7:30 pm, Madison's own recording Artist CRISTINA LYNN will take the stage!!

New attractions to the event will be the Military Display.  Various branches of our armed forces will be on hand with their vehicles as well as information about their branch.  Parking for the event will be at Bob Jones High School with Shuttle Services provided by the City of Madison.  Shuttle services will began running at 1:30 pm with the last pick up at 8:00 pm.  Following the event, the Shuttles will take you back to Bob Jones High School.  No PARKING will be allowed at Dublin Park.   

  • Displays and Exhibits in Lower Parking Area 2:00 pm 
  • Inflatable Activities will be set up from 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Games and Activities provided by WZDX Fox 54, 104.3 WZYP, Journey 93.3 and WHRP
  • Face Painting - 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
  • Shuttle Services 1:30 pm - 8:00 pm (and following the fireworks) 
  • Christina Lynn 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
  • Various Food Vendors on site selling food from 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Dublin Park 7th Annual Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt

Come join us and the Easter Bunny at Dublin Park for the Annual Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt for children ages 5 - 12 years old.

  • Friday April 18, 2014
  • Malcolm Field (Soccer Field #1)   
  • Gates open at 7:00 pm
  • Easter Egg Hunt will start at Dusk
  • Must bring Flashlight and Container to collect eggs in
  • Parents will NOT be allowed on the field during the Egg Hunt

Dublin Park's 17th Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Come join us and the Easter Bunny at Dublin Park for the Annual Easter Egg Hunt for children age 0 -5 years.

Madison Street Festival

The historical setting of downtown Madison provides an ideal backdrop for the Madison Street Festival.  The first Madison Street Festival was one of many Madison County activities developed to celebrate our Nation's Bicentennial. The festival has welcomed an array of artist, craftsmen, demonstrators, exhibits, local entertainers and great food vendors!
