Shaquinta Morgan serves as the Director of System Architecture for Philips Lighting for the United States. She and her team are responsible for crafting technical and financial solutions for enterprise level customers for City, State, & Federal Governments; K12 & Higher Ed; Office & Industry; Healthcare, Retail & Hospitality; and Professional Sports business segments across the United States. She spent the first 15 years of her career in Project Development and Engineering within the energy performance contracting industry. During this time she held various roles leading the development of energy management, water efficiency, and technology solutions.
Mrs. Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from The University of Mississippi with a Chemical Engineering focus. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (Mechanical), Certified Energy Manager, and LEED Accredited Professional. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors of Christmas Charities Year Round and The University of Mississippi Engineering Advisory Board. She resides in Madison, AL, with her husband, Markeeva, and two daughters Mallory and Sydney.
