A Little About Councilman Tommy Overcash  

Tommy is a member of the Madison Optimist Club where he has served as Vice-President. He is a member of the Ashley Neighborhood Association, Madison Friends of the Library, Madison Station Historical Society, Madison Arts Council, Madison Chamber of Commerce, Huntsville Madison County Chamber of Commerce, Huntsville/Madison County Botanical Gardens, and the Huntsville Madison County Land Trust. Tommy served on the Madison City Planning and Zoning Commission, is a graduate of the 12th Class of the Huntsville/Madison County Inside Leadership Program and a graduate of Class 20 of the Leadership Huntsville/Madison County Program

Tommy currently serves as the Liaison to the Huntsville / Madison County Library as well as the Madison Branch, is on the North Alabama Gas District Board, is the Liaison to the Madison Beautification and Tree Board, and a member of the Madison City Human Resource Committee.  He was previously Council President and the representative to the Madison Industrial Development Board and the Madison Station Historical Society.
