The City of Madison will conduct administrative hearings concerning grass and weed violations under the City of Madison’s Local Weed Abatement Act, Act No. 2016-205 (as adopted by the Madison City Council in Ordinance No. 2016-135). Meetings will occur every Wednesday and continue through a future end date yet to be determined. ***Please note:*** Although hearings are scheduled to occur every Wednesday, there may be instances that no property is scheduled to be heard. Please call 256-464-8427 with any questions or to see if there will be hearings on the Wednesday of which you plan to attend.
