Madison's 150 Years Old!!
The City of Madison kicked off its 150th anniversary celebration with a Proclamation by Mayor Sandy Kirkindall and a cake cutting at the City Council meeting on Monday, February 12th. For information and details on events planned for the year-long Sesquicentennial celebration, visit www.madisonis150.com or send an email to theboard@madisonis150.com. We will be burying a time capsule at the end of the year on Feb. 13, 2008; ideas of items to be included in the capsule are welcomed. Everyone has a part to play!
