The City of Madison Storm Water Management Program Plan (SWMPP) has been updated in accordance with the requirements of the National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit issued by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management (ADEM) to the City of Madison.
The City is requesting public review and comment on the revised SWMPP. A public involvement meeting will be held on April 5, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers on the upper level of City Hall, 100 Hughes Road.
Interested parties who are unable to attend the public involvement meeting may review the document on the City of Madison website or by visiting the Engineering Department. Comments and questions regarding the SWMPP should be submitted to the ADEM Compliance Administrator by Friday, April 8, 2016 at firstname.lastname@example.org.
