  Division Responsibilities

The Administration Division not only ensures the most efficient and effective day-to-day operations, but they are focused on the future. It is from this division that our vision and mission evolves into the services that we provide. Through careful evaluation of past response data, national trends, review of best business practices, and technology; the leadership of our team provides the needed guidance that steers our dedicated team.

The mission of Madison Fire & Rescue is to minimize the loss of life and property to the community through our commitment to prevention, preparedness, and effective emergency response.

Vision

The membership of Madison Fire & Rescue envisions that we will be widely recognized as an industry leader in the provision of services to our community, as well as the regional partners who request our assistance. Professionalism, integrity, honesty, and empathy will be evident in our external communications efforts and in the customer service we provide to those who place their trust in us.

Well-executed physical resource management and a plan for resource demands will ensure we are supported to address current and future needs and risks of our community.
